Frequently asked questions

Do you provide placement assistance?
Yes. MAAC Kharadi students get portfolio development, interview preparation and job opportunities through MAAC's national placement cell. Every student receives three job-interview opportunities on successful course completion.*
Can I join after 12th? Which stream?
Yes. Students from any stream - Arts, Commerce or Science - can join after 12th. Students appearing for 12th can also enrol. No drawing or software background is required.
Which software will I learn?
Depending on the program: Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, Nuke, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D and the latest AI tools.
What is the duration and are there weekend batches?
Programs range from 6 months (UI/UX, Digital Film Making) to 24 months (AD3D Edge Plus, ADVFX Plus, APDMC Plus). Weekday and weekend batches are available; sessions are typically 2 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week.
What are the fees? Is EMI available?
Fees depend on the program. Flexible EMI and education-loan options are available. Contact us for the current fee structure and offers.
Will I work on live projects?
Yes. Every program includes studio-style assignments, live projects and a final portfolio or demo reel reviewed by industry professionals.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. On completion you receive the MAAC certificate for your program, recognised by studios across India and abroad.
Are online or hybrid classes available?
Classes are primarily in our Kharadi centre. MAAC's Online Varsity gives you 24x7 access to recorded lectures and study material for revision.
Will AI replace jobs in animation and VFX?
AI is changing workflows, not removing the need for artists. MAAC programs now integrate AI tools like Leonardo AI, Runway ML and ComfyUI so you are ahead of the curve, not behind it.
